<p>This privacy policy applies to the Groups app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by André Klokow (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".</p>

<p>The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:</p>
<ul> <li>Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)</li> <li>The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages</li> <li>The total time spent in the Application</li> <li>Your mobile device operating system</li> </ul>
<p>For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address, username, and user ID. This information is used to provide authentication, account management, and access to Application features.</p>
<p>The Application allows users to create and participate in groups, polls, chats, and activity tracking features. As part of this functionality, the Application collects and stores user-generated content, including but not limited to messages, poll votes, comments, images, activity data, and group participation data.</p>
<p>This data is used to enable core Application functionality such as communication between users, coordination of group activities, and tracking of participation.</p>
<p>The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.</p>

<p>All data is stored securely using backend infrastructure and databases operated by the Service Provider or trusted third-party providers. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.</p>

<p>Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services to help improve the Application.</p>
<p>The Application may use third-party infrastructure services (such as cloud storage and database providers) to securely store and process user data.</p>
<p>The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:</p>
